Colonel Charles Michel lives an isolated life in the deserted ruins of Brussels (abbr. BRU, French: Bruxelles; Dutch: Brussel), officially the Brussels-Capital Region (French: Région de Bruxelles-Capitale; Dutch: Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest), is a region of Belgium comprising 19 municipalities, including the City of Brussels, which is the capital of Belgium. The Brussels-Capital Region is located in the central portion of the country..., unsure if any other COVID19 uninfected humans are left.
Michel’s daily routine includes short walks to the European Parliament, searching for food and toilet paper, and waiting each day for any humans who might respond to his radio broadcasts. He instructs possible survivors to meet him at the Schuman Roundabout for the European Commission’s Midday.
In the background, thanks to reduced air pollution, one can see the Eiffel Tower.
